Brazil is a very popular touristic destination, because of its offers and amazing attractions, because of its exotic places, wonderful beaches, but also because of one of the worlds famous event: the Rio Carnival.
Brazil is one of the largest countries in the world and that is why it can be a great challenge for every visitor. One of the events that any tourist should see is the famous Carnival in Rio de Janeiro. Every city in Brazil celebrates its own version of this traditional event.
Another traditional event, which is celebrated in throughout June and brought by the Portuguese settlers are the Festas Juninas. It is dedicated to Saint Anthony, Saint John and Saint Peteran celebrated by the villages with picknicks, parties and delicious traditional foods.
The Festa do Peao Boiadeiro takes place every August and it is the world’s largest rodeo event. In 1985 the manifastation moved into a large stadium designed to hold 35.000 people.
