The world most famous Biennale is this year on its 53rd edition and 77 countries present pavilions devoted to artists. This great event is the closest the art has to the Olympics. Instead of the gold medals, the best artists and the best works receive the Golden Lions.
The event takes place on the interval June 7 and November 22 in the Arsenale and the Giardini among other locations. This edition host more coutries and artists than ever in the history of the Biennale and that is also why it is so special.
