Born on 18 October 1967 at Bucharest, I. L. Caragiale high school graduate, class of 1985, next he follows the IATC courses at the drama department, class of 1990. At only 17 years gets the lead role on TV series Heroes are not old. Later, during college he receives a starring role in the movie Liceenii (1986), Extemporal to Coordination (1987) and Liceenii Rock'n'Roll (1990).
In the decade that followed the student years, Stefan had roles in four film productions: Temple of Silence (1992), Triangle of Death (1998), Ada-Kaleh Sexy Harlem and Star Owners (1999). Meanwhile Stefan Banica Jr. appears on Bulandra Theatre's stage in Bucharest, in plays like Road to truth, Quadrille, The street with love, Waking spring, A Midsummer Night Dream, Hamlet, The twelfth Night and more.
With Emilia Popescu, Stefan Banica Jr. formed a famous couple in three plays and afther this presented a TV contest show on the National Television TVR.
His musical career is very complex totaling 10 albums (An actor, a rock'n 'roll, rock you beautiful, The present one, Only a Christmas with you, All kinds of love ..., Stefan Banica jr. in concert, Dawn days, Your name, Duets, Together), 19 videos and over one thousand concerts throughout the country.
A large event that Stefan Banica Jr. took part was held in Hyde Park in London, in the last night of the classical music festival. Stefan played with Angela Gheorghiu soprano the song Your Name in the symphonic-pop-rock version, the composition being fully owned by the artist. Thousands of people worldwide watched the concert during which Romanian flags fluttered in the sea of people.
Since 1994 until now the artist held over 20 concerts at the Palace Hall in Bucharest, Romania, concerts that have become a tradition over time. Also in 1994 Stefan has established two groups, Rock'n'Roll Band and The 50's, supporting besides them annual performances.

The last album released by Stefan Banica Jr., under Roton brand, is called Together and contains 13 tracks and the promotion is Listen to this CD in conjunction with whom you want and you'll understand it.
