Neculai Milescu was born in a village from Vaslui county and he attended to schools from Iasi. He mastered a large number of foreign languages as Greek, Latin, Russian and Turkish. He was a great scholar and a good friend with the chronicler Miron Costin.
In a time, a close friend with the Serban Cantacuzino ruler, he wrote beautiful books in the Romanian language.
Edge out because some suspicions of conspiracy, he was driven out of the country.
He traveled in Europe, arrived in Russia and became a professor as a tsar Petru's clerk in the time when Petru was a child.
