The Royal Academy of Arts in London is presenting between 23 September 2006 - 1 January 2007 a major retrospective exhibition of the work of Auguste Rodin. It is an unique event, offering the public a chance to discover the vast and eclectic area of works made by Rodin, from his studies representing various models to more ambitious compositions, inspired by the artist's passion for the Antique art. Also the exhibition will try to explore the relationship between Rodin as a person and an artist and the UK, a country where he became known as one of the most important modern sculptors in the world.
