Queen and Adam Lambert will embark in a new European tour starting this summer, in June, although many of their old and young fans thought that they had had enough with touring and concerts. After two world tours which were succesfull beyond the most optimistic expectations, with many sold-out shows (2014-2015 and 2017-2018) Brian May and Roger Taylor, together with the new singer, Adam Lambert, are eager to be back on the road. Some have thought that it already was too much for Brian and Roger, others haven't been exactly thrilled with them chosing Adam Lambert as the new voice of Queen. Yet it seems that they had the right intuition, and by all means it has been a success. And who knows, maybe (as some have been discussing online) they would also record a new studio album together, although the previous similar album, the one with Paul Rodgers, wasn't too well received.
The new European tour will start on the 13th of June 2018 with a show in Cologne, Germany (where Queen have also performed decades ago with the iconic Freddie Mercury) and so far the band has announced that they will go to Italy, UK, Belgium, Spain, Norway, Denmark, and so on. Many more venues and dates will soon be announced on the band's official site, and maybe the setlist will also have some surprises. Over the course of the recent world tour fans - and many of these weren't even born during Queen's 70s and 80s golden years - have heard songs that hadn't been performed for decades, and surely Brian and Roger will keep such songs for the future shows. Meanwhile one of the most popular and influential bands of all times seems to have found some secret of staying forever young, and will be back on stage, live, as it has done since 1970.
