After the New Year euphoria has passed, Sibiu is preparing a splendid concert, mixing an extraordinary presence and a voice to match, in the concert of the soprano Katarina Jovanovic. Born in Belgrad, Katarina Jovanovic is now living in Paris. After graduating the Music School in Belgrad, she continued her training at the Music and Drama School Guildhall in London, winning several prestigious awards, such as first prize at the International Contest "Montserrat Caballe".
She has been nominated two times at the "Victoires de la Musique" award, and in Serbia she received the Artist of the Year award.
