The Wallace Collection is already well-known by art lovers all over England - and further - as a smaller museum , but one which hosts impressive and special shows, hard to find elsewere. One of the regional partners of the Wallace Collection is the Waddesdon Manor, which, among others, has a huge collection of drawings, put together by the Rothschild family.
Starting on the 8th of November the Wallace Collection will host an exhibition which brings together a selection of 75 drawings from the Waddesdon Manor, some of them never before seen in public, including a beautiful selection of works made by major French artists of the 18th century, such as Fragonard or Greuze, as well as sketches signed by Lancret of Le Prince.
