1975-1990 - president of the Romanian Professional Artists' Union, Tulcea Branch
1978-1983 - principal of the Etnic School of Art, Tulcea
1973-1978, 1983-1988 - director of the Art Museum of Tulcea, organizer of national saloons of engraving, publishes articles in the press, catalogs and organizez art expositions.
Ever since 1966 has participations in the art exhibitions in his own country and abroad.
