Artist's Presentation Iuliana Sava

Iuliana Sava is one of the Romanian contemporary artists who has been doing this for quite some time now. Her painting is outstanding, with realistic approach; where life is presented as it really is. She is a romantic artist and her images evoke feeling rather than thought. Her works are bright and sensual but their atmosphere evoke a strange mysteriousness. They are, in fact, a colouristic trio, played with brown, red and blue, punctuated with yellow. Her every watery stroke makes an image as in the case of portrait and landscape. I want to mention the fact that the talent is acquired from in-born, not determined by the artist.

Born in Ploiesti, Romania, November 22nd, 1973, has graduated the School of Fine Arts from Ploiesti, area painting under direction teacher Ovidiu Pastina, in the year of 1993. Later her work achieved national as well as international success. Her watery stroke comes from many things : the hustle and bustle of modern city life, lush forest, tropical beaches and the many moods of nature. About hundred paintings were exhibited, several times at different places ; like all areas from Romania and elsewhere.
